Welcome to PerfectSkin, developed by Deepsense Sports Tech Private Limited. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled with care. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered skin analysis service.
2. Information We Collect
- Facial Images: We collect the selfie you upload to perform the skin analysis.
- Questionnaire Responses: We collect data regarding your skin type, concerns, sleep habits, water intake, and sunscreen usage.
- Payment Information: We process payments via either Razorpay, Google Play Billing or Apple Pay. We do not store your credit card or sensitive bank details on our servers. Note: we only use Apple Pay for users on iOS devices.
- Usage Data: We use analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to understand how you use our app and improve the experience.
3. How We Use Your Data
AI Analysis: Your facial image, chat messages, and questionnaire data are processed by Artificial Intelligence models (provided by Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, and Anthropic via AWS Bedrock) to analyze your skin's appearance, provide coaching, and generate personalized skincare recommendations.
Image Storage: Your images are securely stored in an encrypted AWS S3 bucket for the purpose of displaying them back to you and maintaining your scan history. To protect your privacy, all saved facial images are automatically deleted after 3 days.
Chat Storage: We store your chat history to provide a continuous, contextual, and personalized coaching experience. This allows our AI to remember your progress and provide better advice over time.
4. Account and Data Deletion
We believe you should have complete control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:
- In-App: Go to the Profile menu and click the "Delete Account" button.
- Email Request: Send an email to ab.wicketai@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion".
Upon request, your account and all associated data (including images and chat history) will be deleted immediately from our active servers.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with trusted third-party providers to operate our service:
- Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic: For processing AI analysis and coaching.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure encrypted image storage in S3 buckets.
- Razorpay, Google Play, Apple Pay: For secure payment processing.
- Mixpanel: For user analytics.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
